2026 Alliance Ally Rally Email

Hey, Allies! There's a lot of excitement over the rally lottery and emails will start going out within the hour! Here are a few things to keep in mind...

Due to a new email system, we can only send out a certain number of emails at a time, so we will be sending emails over the span of this afternoon/evening and possibly tomorrow. Please be patient.

Everyone who filled out a registration request (with a working email) will get an email, whether they got in or not. The email will come from april.clark@alliancerv.com. If you don't have one by tomorrow evening (Friday), feel free to reach out to check on it. I will get back with you first thing Monday.

If you don't get a site, please keep in mind the more flexible your travel plans are the better your chances of getting in. Historically we get quite a few cancellations leading up to rally.

Anyone who doesn't get a site will automatically be put on the waitlist. Email april.clark@alliancerv.com or rally@alliancerv.com to be taken off the waitlist if you are no longer interested in attending.

If you wanted full hookup and got a water/electric only site, you are welcome to email to get on a waitlist for full hookup, but a site area change is NOT guaranteed.

For those who receive a site, an email will go out late next week with a form to fill out asking for things like t-shirt sizes, name badge information, etc.

If you get a site but can no longer attend, please let us know asap so your site can be given to someone on the waitlist. (email rally@alliancerv.com)
